Non-Alcoholic Drinks Recipe

  • All flavors pair well with sparkling water, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, and milk shakes
  • Simply add your favorite ROOT 23 simple syrup to sparkling water to make refreshing non-alcoholic drinks as well!  Many flavors can also be mixed with lemonade, iced tea or coffee.

Cocktails Recipe

  • Blueberry Mint - Pairs well with rum, vodka, gin, prosecco
    • Mix 1 oz. Blueberry Mint Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water, garnish with blueberries or mint leaves
  • Cherry Almond - Pairs well with bourbon, vodka, rum
    • Mix 1 oz. Cherry Almond Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water, garnish with a cherry
    • Mix 1 oz. Cherry Almond Syrup with 1 oz. gin, 1 oz. Campari with ice and stir well. Pour in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel, fresh cherries, and a fresh rosemary sprig.
  • Cranberry Apple Spice - Pairs well with Bourbon, Rum, Vodka, Gin, Prosecco
    • Mix 1 oz. Cranberry Apple Spice Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water & garnish
    • Mix 3/4 oz. Cranberry Apple Spice Syrup with 1/4 oz. unsweetened Cranberry Juice, 2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey, 3 lemon wedges, & 2 bay leaves. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain cocktail into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with dried cranberries, an orange wheel, or bay leaves.
  • Cucumber Habanero - Pairs well with Tequila, Vodka, Gin
    • Mix 1 oz. Cucumber Habanero Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water, garnish with lime
    • Mix 3/4 oz. Cucumber Habanero Syrup with 2 oz. Vodka, 1/4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur & 1 oz. Lime Juice. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 8-10 second. Pour UP (No Ice) into a chilled glass. Add your garnish and enjoy.
  • Grapefruit Basil - Pairs well with Prosecco, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Whiskey
    • Mix 1 oz. Grapefruit Basil Syrup with Prosecco & garnish with basil
    • Mix 1 oz. Grapefruit Basil Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water, garnish with lime.
    • Mix 1-2 teaspoons Grapefruit Basil Syrup with 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice, 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Vodka, 3-5 slices Grapefruit, 10 Rosemary needles. Add ice and shake. Strain into champagne glass. Top with Sparkling Rose. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
  • Maple Cinnamon - Pairs well with Rum, Vodka, Bourbon
    • Mix 1 oz. Maple Cinnamon Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water, cider or juice
    • Mix 2 oz. Vodka, 1/2 oz. Nocino, and 1/2 oz. Maple Cinnamon Syrup in a mixing glass with ice & stir well. In a food processor, combined the roasted pecans & brown sugar. Pulse for a few seconds, then transfer to a small plate. Place maple syrup on a small plate. Dip the rip of a martini or coupe class into the maple syrup, then dip into the pecan and brown sugar mixture. Pour cocktail into glass. Garnish with whole pecans.
  • Pear Rosemary - Pairs well with Prosecco, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Whiskey
    • Mix 1 oz. Pear Rosemary Syrup with Prosecco & garnish with rosemary sprig
    • Mix 1 oz. Pear Rosemary Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water, garnish with lime
    • Mix 1/2 oz. Pear Rosemary Syrup with 1.25 oz. Whiskey & 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice. Shake first 3 ingredients & pour in coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist or rosemary sprig.
  • Vanilla Ginger - Pairs well with Vodka, Bourbon, Whiskey, Rum
    • Mix 1 oz. Vanilla Ginger Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water or lemonade, garnish with lemon/fruit
    • Mix 1 oz. Vanilla Ginger Syrup with 2 oz. Gin, 1 oz. Pear Syrup, & ice. Shake until well mixed. Prior to pouring, rim glass in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Pour over crushed ice and top with soda water. Garnish with sliced pear and cucumber.
    • Mix 1/4 oz. Vanilla Ginger Syrup with 4 oz. Sparkling Apple Juice or Apple Cider & shake well. Top with 3 oz. Ginger Beer and a splash of Cranberry Juice. Garnish with frozen cranberries.
  • Yuzu Citrus - Pairs well with Tequila, Vodka, Gin, Rum
    • Mix 1 oz. Yuzu Citrus Syrup with 2 oz. alcohol, top with sparkling water or lemonade & garnish
    • Mix 1 tbsp. Yuzu Citrus Syrup with 2 oz. Jasmine tea (brewed then cooled), 2 oz. Sake (choose one that is dry and floral), 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice. Serve over ice.
    • Mix 3/4 Yuzu Citrus Syrup with 1.5 oz. Blanco Tequila, 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice in a highball glass with ice and top with 2 oz. Dry Grapefruit Soda (e.g. Q Mixers, Polar Pink Grapefruit Dry). Garnish with a lime or grapefruit wheel.
    • Add 1 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Lime Juice, and 1/2 oz. Yuzu Citrus Syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass, then top the glass with 3 oz. Sparkling Wine. Garnish drink with a Lime Twist and Serve.
